“Lola was very dog reactive, snapping and snarling on walks, but after just a few sessions with Lauren she was well on the road to a model dog. She even learned tricks and now walks beautifully on the lead. Amazing transformation.”

“We had a great experience with Lauren who helped get our cockapoo Copper, who had resource guarding and territorial issues, to a much better place in a short space of time. I would highly recommend her.”

Meet your Trainer

Hi, I'm Lauren — and dogs have been my life since I was 12 years old.

By 14, I was competing in obedience and agility with my Miniature Dachshund. By 17, I was teaching classes at my local training school. Over 25 years later, helping Cork families build calmer, happier lives with their dogs is still the most rewarding work I can imagine.

At Planet Pup, I work 1-to-1 with owners across Cork. Classes take place in your home, in your environment, with your dog. Whether you have a chaos-filled new puppy or a dog with deep-rooted behaviour challenges, my approach is the same: understand the dog first, then build a training plan that actually fits your life.

I believe there's no such thing as a bad dog. Every behaviour has a reason — and a solution.

Our one-to-one behaviour consults provide tailored, professional support to help you understand why your dog is behaving this way and how to change it using structured, evidence-based training.

Every case begins with a full behavioural assessment so we can identify the root cause — not just manage the symptoms.

We can help with:

  • Calm, enjoyable walks

  • Peace, calm, and quiet in your home

  • Less stress when meeting other people and dogs

  • More confident, happy dogs - in the home and outside

  • Increased trust between you and your dog

You’ll receive a clear, step-by-step behaviour plan designed specifically for your dog, your home, and your daily routine.

Our approach is reward-based, evidence-led, and focused on long-term behavioural change — not quick fixes.
