Is Your Dog’s Behaviour Taking Over?
X Walks feel tense instead of enjoyable.
X You’re constantly scanning for triggers.
X Barking, lunging, growling or panic episodes are escalating.
X Maybe visitors cause stress.
X Maybe your dog can’t cope when left alone.
X Maybe you’re worried about safety.
X Maybe the constant barking at home is driving you crazy
You love your dog — but you’re exhausted.
These behaviours are stressful, and without the right support, they often intensify over time.

Why Book a Behaviour Consult?
✅ Identify the Root Cause
Reactivity and aggression aren’t random. We assess what’s driving the behaviour — fear, frustration, anxiety, guarding — so we can address the source, not just the symptoms.
✅ A Personalised Behaviour Plan
No generic advice. Your dog receives a structured plan tailored to their triggers, temperament, and environment.
✅ Safe, Science-Based Methods
We use modern, reward-based behaviour modification that reduces stress and builds long-term change
✅ Practical Management Strategies
You’ll learn exactly what to do in real-world situations — on walks, at home, around visitors, and when facing known triggers.
✅ Ongoing Professional Guidance
Behaviour change is a process. Follow-ups ensure steady progress and adjustments as your dog improves.
Results
✔️ Fewer explosive reactions to dogs, people, or traffic
✔️ A dog who can stay under threshold when stressed
✔️ A clear plan for managing separation anxiety safely
✔️ Less fear around noises, visitors, handling, or new environments
✔️ Practical strategies for resource guarding and aggression
✔️ Confidence handling situations that used to feel unpredictable
No more guessing.
No more hoping it improves on its own.
Instead, you’ll have a structured behaviour plan designed to reduce risk, lower stress, and create steady, measurable progress.

![]() Brian and CopperWe had a great experience with Lauren our trainer who helped get Copper our cockapoo who had a lot of resource guarding and territorial issues to much better place in a short space time. I would highly recommend her. | ![]() Sorcha and LolaAmazing! Lola was very dog reactive, snapping and snarling on walks, but after just a few sessions with Lauren Lola was well on the road to a model citizen. She even learned some super cute tricks and walked in the lead like a legend! | ![]() Nadine and SparkyWe were in a very difficult situation with our fearful and anxious Border Collie, when our Vet highly recommended Lauren. ![]() Mike and DannyLauren has been brilliant and very approachable. Our 14 month golden retriever was bit excitable and no boundaries . 2 sessions with made huge difference and even our friend xsme over yesterday evening. She could nut believe hoe much calmer he was . Next steps lead walking and recall and sleeady xdn see rest coming on . Lauren training techniques of positive reinforcement and letting dogs use own brains is brill. Shall work with Lauren to help Danny be his best version | ![]() Audrey and MackIn 3 short weeks, Lauren has helped transform our rescue collie, Mack, from an anxious pooch into an engaged and active companion. It's clear that Lauren has a real passion for dogs and delivers a programme that is fun for both dog and owner. She has great skill in reading Mack and suggesting little adjustments that make all the difference. Highly recommend her training programmes! Thanks Lauren! | ![]() Allastair and TwigletLauren was brilliant. Great empathy with our dog (& us!). Our dog is massively better since we went to her, and no longer eats stones. Also, very good value for that level of quality & 1:1 coaching. |
![]() Mary and HarleyWe were so lucky to have had the opportunity to work with Lauren, who helped us achieve a very hyper overactive puppy to this calm obedient dog. | ![]() 20250625_201323_editedFrom the first session, Lauren helped us make sense of everything. She connected the dots between his behaviour and what we were doing (or not doing!) and gave us clear, easy-to-follow guidance. She was always patient, made sure we understood what we were doing, and helped us get it right. What we loved was how fun she made the training. She gave us games and exercises that not only worked, but also helped us bond more with our dog. The difference in him now is like night and day... |

Ready for Better Behaviour?
Frequently Asked Questions
1. What happens during the initial behaviour consult?
We take a detailed behavioural history in a call before the session. When we meet, we will assess triggers and patterns and observe your dog and their reactions. You’ll leave with a clear explanation of what’s driving the behaviour and a structured, step-by-step plan tailored to your dog.
2. My dog has bitten before. Can you still help?
Yes. Cases involving bites require careful assessment and management planning. Safety protocols are put in place immediately, and we work methodically to reduce risk and prevent further incidents.
3. Is this different from obedience training?
Yes. Behaviour consults address emotional drivers such as fear, anxiety, frustration and guarding. This is behaviour modification work — not basic commands or general manners training.
4. Will my dog need medication?
Some severe anxiety or aggression cases benefit from collaboration with a veterinarian. If appropriate, I will discuss this with you. Behaviour modification and medical support should work together for optimal results.
5. Do you offer support between sessions?
Yes. Behaviour change requires consistency. Follow-ups and guidance ensure you’re supported as situations arise and progress develops.
6. How long does behaviour change take?
There is no instant fix for complex behaviour. Some improvements (like management strategies) can happen quickly. Long-term change depends on severity, consistency and environment.
7. Can behaviour problems be completely “fixed”?
Some cases resolve fully. Others are managed long-term. The goal is always increased safety, reduced stress, and greater predictability — not unrealistic guarantees.
8. Is my dog “too old” to change?
No. Dogs of all ages can improve with structured behaviour work. Progress depends more on consistency than age.
